1. Online Printing - Place Order

1.1 How to order photo?
Please login first, then click "Online Album". After the images that you want to print, click "Order Print".
1. Fill in the print size and quantity, then click "Next". You can also select printing all the images with the same size and quantity by using the tool box at the top. To delete any single image, just click the "Delete" button below each image.
2. Choose "Print Options": "Fill-in" or "Fit-in", "No Border" or "White Border", "No Date" or "Date", "Direct Out"
3. Select Pick-Up method:
   (i) Select Fotomax, and then choose the designated outlet. (Please check the of your selected outlet)
   (ii) Select Mailing service and fill in the mailing details.
4. Fill in the recipient's information. If you choose mailing service, please fill in the mailing details.
5. Confirm all the order information and click "Payment" to proceed to payment.
6. Click "Continue" to go to the secured payment platform of "PayDollar (Hong Kong) Ltd." and proceed with credit payment.
7. After order confirmation, an e-receipt will be sent to your submitted email address. Order details including pick-up time and outletand order information will be listed in the e-receipt. Please keep the e-receipt for order reference. Besides, we suggest you to print the e-receipt out and bring along with you for order pick-up

1.2 What is the minimum resolution required for printing photos?
Photo quality is in proportion to the resolution of image file. It is important to ensure that the image file reaches the minimum resolution for printing the photo size required. Please refer to the resolution table below for minimum printing quality recommendation.

What is 4D digital photo (4.5"x6")

Fotomax first introduces 4D digital photo (4.5"x6") matches perfectly with the ratio of 4:3 of photo from digital camera and solves the problem of cropping of digital images when printing. Start choosing 4D digital photo (4.5"x6") and get your images printed perfectly without cropping!

1.3 Is there any minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum requirement on printing quantity. Yet, all printing orders must be of HK or above.

1.4 When can the order be pick-up?
All the orders made before 9:00a.m. will be available within the same day in all Fotomax outlets (after 1:00p.m.) for pick up.

Remark:

1. Of both photos and photo premiums are included in an order, the pick-up time will counted by the production lead-time of photo premiums
2. Please refer to the e-receipt for actual earliest pick-up date.
3. If the selected shop is closed on the informed pick-up date, please visit the shop by the next working day.

1.5 How to pick up order?
You can pick up your order at any Fotomax outlets or, by mail. If you choose to pick up at Fotomax, you can also have someone to pick up the order for you. For self-pick-up, we suggest you to print and bring along the e-receipt to the selected outlet and, present to shop staff for pick up verification.
After checking the orders, just sign at the delivery note and it is done. Please to check Fotomax outlets' detail address, phone number and opening hours.

3. Online Printing - Payment

3.1 How to pay?
Fotomax offers you online credit card (VISA/MASTER) payment.

3.2 Is it secure to pay online in Fotomaxonline.com?
It's secure to pay online in fotomaxonline.com. You will be referred to the secured payment platform of "AsiaPay" where all the credit card information will be encrypted with 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer). If the Card Issuer has launched the "" or "" services already, you are required to provide your "Verified By VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode" password for verification.
Remarks: fotomax.com / fotomaxonline.com servers do not process or store any credit card information.

3.3 If I accidentally closed the payment windows throughout the payment process, what shall I do?
> If you have not submitted credit card information, please click "Online Album" to resume the order and pay again.

> If you have already submitted credit card information, please go to "Order Status" and check the order status shown in the "All Orders Record" Section.

   "Paid" Status means payment was processed successfully. Your order is under processing. (For related order information, please click at the order number or refer to e-receipt. You may be requested to entry your email address and contact telephone number for order enquiry)

  "Not Paid" status means the order is being cancelled. There shall be no charge applied to the order.

For any inquiry on payment, we suggest you to call the card issuing bank / organization directly, or click to AsiaPay / PayDollar's "" system for your credit card transaction query. Or, you may call our Customer Services Hotline 3189 1648 during office hour.

3.4 If there is no response from the payment windows after being waiting for long, what shall I do?
If there is no response from the payment windows for long, it may indicate that problem occurs in the transaction. As payment is processed in the payment platform of AsiaPay and Bank's server, we suggest you to call the card issuing bank / organization directly, or click to AsiaPay / PayDollar's "" system for your credit card transaction query. Or, you may call our Customer Services Hotline 3189 1648 during office hour, or go to "Order Status" to check your order record.

3.5 When will I be debited?
Bank will debit your credit card account once the payment is confirmed.

3.6 What should I do if I do not receive the e-receipt after payment?
Please fill in the form for any order inquiry (please also provide the order number if applicable), or request to re-send the e-receipt from our Customer Services Hotline: 3189 1648.

3.7 How can I check my order record?
Just login your fotomaxonline.com account and go to "Order Status" to check your order record.

4. Online Printing - Pick up and Return

4.1 Can I authorize someone to pick up the order for me?
Yes. Please fill in the information of your relatives/friends in the recipient column and he/she will receive the e-receipt (If you fill in your relatives/friends in the recipient column, you shall not receive the e-receipt). Just ask them to print out the e-receipt and bring along to the selected outlet to pick up the order. Or, you can print the copy of your e-receipt and pass to your relatives/friends and let them pick up for you in the selected outlet.

4.2 Can I change the pick-up location?
You cannot change the pick-up location once the order is confirmed as your order will be processed immediately. Therefore, please check after selecting the pick-up outlet.

4.3 If I cannot pick up the order by the pick-up date, what should I do?
All the orders will be kept in the selected outlets for 3 months. Just go to the selected outlet to pick up your order within the period of time.

4.4 Can the order be reprint or refund?
By Fotomax's exclusive "Online Printing Quality Guarantee", if you are not completely satisfied with your photos for whatever reasons, please bring along the photos and the e-receipt to the pick-up Fotomax outlet within 10 days (from pick-up date) for reprint. "Online Printing Quality Guarantee" Policy is applicable for Hong Kong orders ONLY.
